Management Team
The Founders and Managers at First Plus tap on their global experience to apply their expertise to Asia, creating
a bridge between the East and West.
Mr. Li has 20 years of investment and management experience with leading financial institutions in the United States, Singapore and China. Prior to founding First Plus, he served as the Senior Managing Director of Ping An Trust of China managing an AUM in excess of RMB 50 billion. Mr. Li holds a Master's degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
Mr. Lu has 17 years of investment research and management experience in well-known financial institutions in China. Prior to founding First Plus, he served as the General Manager of China Ping An Heding Fund Management Company, with an AUM of over RMB 100 billion. Mr. Lu holds a Master's degree from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's degree from the University of New South Wales.
Mr. Ren has 22 years of experience in trading and risk management in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and China. Prior to founding First Plus, he served as the Senior Director and Head of Risk Hedging Transactions of the United Overseas Bank Group in Singapore. Mr. Ren holds a Master's degree from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
Ms Zhou has 12 years of investment experience across public and private markets in the United States, Singapore, and China. She specialises in fundamental analysis, with extensive expertise in investment research, portfolio management, deal evaluation, and transaction execution. Ms Zhou holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University and is a CFA charterholder.
