First Plus Asset Management today announced the appointment of Don Guo as Senior Advisor. Mr. Guo will inform the firm's core investment decisions and provide strategic support for its Asia-Pacific investment initiatives.

Mr. Guo brings more than 25 years of experience in global multi-asset portfolio management, with deep expertise across insurance asset management and a broad cross-market perspective. He has held Chief Investment Officer and other senior roles at Prudential plc, Catalina Re, and Swiss Re, where he oversaw multi-asset portfolio management across Asia, Europe, and the United States. His investment track record spans multiple market cycles, and the institutions he has led have been recognised on multiple occasions by The Asset magazine with its "Insurance Company Investor of the Year" award.
