We are seeking a motivated Structured Credit Associate to join our Structured Credit team, focusing on the origination, execution, and monitoring of both public and private investments across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, solid financial knowledge, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role presents an excellent opportunity for the candidate to gain hands-on experience in buy side within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of structured finance transactions.
• Conduct fundamental credit analysis, including financial modelling and due diligence.
• Monitor portfolio performance and conduct risk evaluation.
• Stay updated on macroeconomic trends and market developments.
• Assist in preparing fund updates and contribute to marketing & fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Business Development team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management. Prior exposure to fixed income or securitized credit transactions is a plus.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint. Coding skills is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in credit research, data analysis, and presentation.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
• Highly motivated team player with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CFA or other professional qualifications preferred.
