First Plus is a Singapore-based multi-strategy asset management company and is seeking for a motivated intern to join the Structured Credit team. He/She should have a driven and positive entrepreneurial mindset. 
Responsibilities

• Provide support in origination and execution of structured finance transactions.
• Conduct fundamental credit analysis including financial modelling.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk evaluation.
• Keep abreast of macro-economic trends and assist in other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Related discipline include but not limited to - Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics etc. 
• Any prior working experience in finance, buy-side and fixed income considered a plus.
• Proficient in modelling and using key systems such as Bloomberg, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Skills in credit research, quantitative analysis, and presentation. 
• Pro-active, independent, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in English and Chinese, any SEA language considered a plus.

Duration: Minimum 3 months; 6 months or longer preferred
Candidates in their 3rd or last year of university or masters’ degree preferred.
