Operation Analyst

Job Description & Requirements:

1. Account opening for new brokers, markets, Funds etc

2. Trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products

3. Resolve any trade related issues by working closely with Front Office, external brokers and custodians

4. Send transaction files and prepare transfer instructions for payments to custodian

5. Monthly NAV reconciliation

6. Archive daily reports from custodian

7. Ensure proper filing of trade confirmations and reports

8. Other duties as assigned



1. At least 2 years of experience in Trade Operations/Middle Office

2. Degree/diploma holder (Finance)


Attributes and skills:

1. Detail-oriented with strong process and organisation skills

2. Self-motivated and proactive team player, who is accountable and takes ownership of tasks

3. Good communication skills

4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

5. Knowledge of Bloomberg highly desirable

6. Good working knowledge of financial products (equities, fixed income, multi-assets etc)
